Charlotte Stopford Sackville

London

Charlotte has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry in Europe and Asia. She began her career in 1992 with Bank of Bermuda in Hong Kong, working in the fund administration and trusteeship business. In 1999 she joined a European equity long/short fund in London with responsibility for sales and investor relations, followed in 2001 by almost 10 years with Stark Investments, a US-headquartered multi-strategy hedge fund. As Managing Director, Sales and Marketing, Charlotte was responsible for asset raising and investor relations in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She has worked closely with a wide range of investors including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, banks, insurance companies, fund of funds and family offices.

Charlotte has helped launch and raise assets for numerous alternative investment funds during her career covering a wide range of strategies and investment profiles. Throughout her career she has dealt with an extensive range of products and investor groups and associated counterparties. She has a deep understanding of the business and operational requirements surrounding hedge fund businesses.

She is Licensed and Affiliated in the USA with Butler Capital Partners, a registered broker-dealer, Member FINRA. This gives CC Strategic Partners access to the large US institutional investor market.

CC Strategic Partners UK Limited is an appointed representative of Astir Capital Advisors which is authorised and regulated by the FCA.

Charlotte is based in London and is available for a limited number of fund directorship appointments.

Michelle Paisley

London

Michelle has over 25 years of experience in public and private equity markets, with a strong, global track record in sales, investing, research and leadership.

Most recently at global boutique adviser and fund-raiser, MVision, Michelle lead the Investor Management Team in Asia and globally, was a member of the global leadership team, and led multiple fund raising project teams for Asia-based funds across private equity and credit. Michelle spent 10 years at Macquarie Bank in sales and leadership positions in Hong Kong and Sydney, including four years as Head of Equities for Hong Kong and China. She was also a Board Director of Macquarie Equities Asia Limited, and played an active role in primary and secondary placements.

Michelle has deep relationships with institutional investors, and is recognised for her ability to add value to both managers and investors through her comprehensive understanding of their differentiated investment imperatives, processes and styles. Michelle has experience in investing in listed equities globally, having spent five years at Bankers Trust as a fund manager and global team leader focused on sectors ranging from resources, basic industries and energy to utilities, transport and pharmaceuticals. She started her career in London where she was a top rated analyst on European companies with HSBC, before moving to Sydney in 1996 where she focused on Diversified Industrial and Wine companies with Citigroup.

Michelle has an MA Honours Degree in French and Psychology from St Andrews University, Scotland. She is a Director and Treasurer of The Women’s Foundation, a leading HK-based charity, and is qualified member of the UK Institute of Directors.

Siky Fung

Siky joined CC Strategic as an Office Manager in 2019 and is responsible for office administration and support for the three partners of CC Strategic.

Prior to joining CC Strategic, Siky was an Assistant Manager at SAIL Advisors Limited, a member of Mari-Cha Group, to support the CIO, his team and the Risk & Operational Due Diligence team. She spent 30 years as administrative support to various teams in Mari-Cha Group since 1989.

Siky has High Diploma in Administrative Management and Professional Diploma in English for Business Communication from School of Continuing Education, Hong Kong Baptist University.
